The Russellville Regional Alliance for Economic Development is a regional economic development agency serving Pope County in west-central Arkansas. It operates as a non-profit, public/private organization managed by a board of directors and works in close partnership with the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce to promote the civic, economic, professional, cultural, and industrial progress of the area.
