The Cambridge-Guernsey County Community Improvement Corporation was created by the Guernsey County Commissioners in 1965 and designated by resolution to perform the economic development functions for the County, City of Cambridge, and Village of Byesville. Its mission is to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain business and industry in Guernsey County while promoting the quality of life for its citizens.
