The Tuscarawas Regional Technology Park is situated on approximately 160 acres, with 48 acres set aside for LEED Certified structures. The remaining 112 acres have restrictive covenants and building review standards for quality-controlled, unified development. The park features a 96-strand fiber broadband network, nature trails, ponds and wetlands, and the Tolloty Technology Center serves as a business incubator, located near Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus and Buckeye Career Center. The developer/manager is the Community Improvement Corporation of Tuscarawas County (CIC), working with educational institutions and local economic development entities.
