The Community Development / Grants Department aims to undertake initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the economic and social well-being of the Town, its residents and businesses. It researches, secures and manages grant funds to support Town initiatives, identifies opportunities to increase affordable housing, provides a single point of contact for developers and businesses, and promotes an economic development strategy to strengthen the Town’s economy.
