The Engagement and Economic Empowerment team works to empower residents through access to opportunities by promoting meaningful civic engagement, removing barriers to economic opportunities, and facilitating community partnerships. Our current programs and projects include: IGNITE Grant, South Bend Financial Empowerment, Linden Avenue Pop-Up Markets, Neighborhoods Consortium, Incremental Development, and the Neighborhood Toolkit.
