PhillCo Economic Growth Council is a citizen-driven nonprofit organization focused on improving economic stability and growth in Phillips County, Montana, serving Malta, Saco, Dodson, Whitewater, Zortman, Landusky, and Loring since 1986; provides technical assistance to new and existing businesses, grant writing and grant management, and manages the Phillips County Community Fund.
