The Economic Development Corporation of Jackson County (EDC) was incorporated in 1977 and serves as Jackson County’s economic development agency. It is staffed by Accelerate Jackson County and manages two financial incentive programs: the Revolving Loan Fund Program and the Private Activity Bond Program (formerly the Industrial Development Revenue Bond Program).
