The North Olmsted Department of Economic and Community Development is responsible for all programs and activities related to planning and development in the City, including developing and implementing the City’s Master Plan, updating the City’s Zoning Code, providing guidance to the City’s decision makers regarding public and private development and implementing policies aimed at improving the quality of life and economic well-being of the City and all of its residents. The City’s goal is to form long-term relationships with local businesses to provide the support they desire to meet their changing business needs and realize on-going success.
