SWODA is a regional development authority serving Beckham, Custer, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Kiowa, Roger Mills and Washita counties, providing services and technical assistance to strengthen local governments and promote orderly growth and development. Its mission is to strengthen local governments, promote growth and development, and improve quality of life by maximizing economic and social opportunities in the region.
