The AVCOG is a regional planning agency serving the Western Maine communities of Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford Counties. It is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) agency owned and operated by member communities, and coordinates and delivers regional planning and municipal services.

Associated with the Loring Commerce Centre, a busy commercial, industrial and aviation park in northern Maine that offers assets to support business development.

The Maine Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) is the state agency that works with statewide and local partners, private industry and small businesses to enhance economic prosperity in Maine. It helps communities attract jobs and grow infrastructure through programs, tax credits, reimbursements, R&D credits, capital loans, and direct investment.

The Maine Development Foundation is a non-partisan statewide driver of sustainable economic growth in Maine. It connects people, decision-makers, and communities through trusted research, leadership development, and creative partnerships to stimulate new ideas, solve problems, and improve lives.

The Maine State Chamber of Commerce is Maine’s largest business association, serving as The Voice of Maine Business and advocating for a positive business climate and a strong state economy through advocacy, access, and awareness.

Sunrise County Economic Council (SCEC) is a regional economic development organization serving Washington County, Maine; it initiates and facilitates job creation and prosperity by partnering with a consortium of community-minded businesses, not-for-profit organizations, municipalities and citizens.
