INCOG provides management assistance to local governments related to the development of financial strategies for public infrastructure improvements and administers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs on behalf of the Tulsa County Urban County Program and member counties and municipalities. It directs the Tulsa County HOME Consortium and works with local governments and chambers of commerce to enhance economic development.

The Tulsa Regional Chamber is a chamber of commerce serving northeast Oklahoma, combining economic and workforce development to attract investment and create jobs. It supports regional economic development initiatives such as Tulsa's Future and the Tulsa Small Business Connection.

Tulsa’s Future is a partnership with the Tulsa Regional Chamber to help executives and other business professionals succeed. It offers assistance with site selection, workforce development strategies, and job retention in northeast Oklahoma.

Rogers County Development assists small business development, providing jobs, and creating economic, educational and cultural benefits for the people of Rogers County.

The Eastern Oklahoma Development District (EODD) is a cooperative council of governments dedicated to improving the quality of life in Eastern Oklahoma. It serves as an extension of local governments and provides regional planning and development assistance, including Mobility Management, Transportation Planning, and Rural Fire Defense for seven counties and their communities.

Grand Gateway Economic Development Association supports member organizations in Northeast Oklahoma as they work to enhance residents’ quality of life, recruit and retain successful businesses and solve everyday challenges. GGEDA partners with and provides innovative services to local communities in their efforts to grow, thrive, diversify and strengthen the regional economy, and advocates on behalf of Northeast Oklahoma to state and federal leaders.
