The Economic Development Division resides within the Community Development (CD) Department at City Hall. We work closely with other CD divisions to facilitate the growth of the Wilsonville economy and the success of your business. We build Programs , Policies , Partnerships , and Projects that support existing businesses and invite new investment into the community. We also administer the city's urban renewal (tax increment finance, aka TIF ) program , with direction from the city's urban renewal task force. There are 4 different TIF zones in the City.
