Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation (PAEDCO) was formed in 1983 by local business leaders to revive the town’s economy and acts as a conduit for growth in the Phoenixville Area. Its goal is to serve as a catalyst to key projects that will serve both economic development and benefit the community, including grants and leading initiatives that contributed to Phoenixville’s Renaissance.

The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) is a private, non-governmental entity that supports businesses in four key areas – Financing Solutions, Location Services, Workforce Development, and Innovation Culture – serving Chester County, PA and the surrounding region.

The BEDC is dedicated to fostering sustainable economic growth through initiatives that support a strong business environment and enhance the quality of life for residents. It provides resources, guidance and advocacy, and promotes equitable opportunities, strategic development and community collaboration to help make Bensalem a premier place to live, work and thrive.

LindenPointe Innovative Business Campus in Hermitage, PA hosts programs and resources for business startups and entrepreneurship, including the eCenter at LindenPointe and the Pennsylvania Cybersecurity Center, and provides information on partnerships and events.

Penn State's Center for Economic and Community Development is an applied research center dedicated to strengthening local and regional development in Pennsylvania and beyond. It works with communities to address issues such as economic and demographic change, government revenue and expenditure policy, community capacity building, and social and economic inequality.

The Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (BusinessPA) is the state's economic development agency that helps businesses grow, locate or expand in PA, with regional offices and programs such as PA SITES and PA Permit Fast Track, and a BusinessPA team to assist with growth strategies.
