The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2004 with the mission to increase the economic standard of living and quality of life in Montgomery County by providing educational opportunities and additional support to the general public and businesses. It drives this mission forward through ten core tasks: Promotion, Data Collection, Education, Record Keeping, Recruitment, Grant Writing, Funding, Tourism, Strategic Planning, Boots on the Ground.
