The Partnership for Community Development is a nonprofit partnership between the Village of Hamilton, Town of Hamilton, and Colgate University that works to enhance sustainable economic opportunity and community vitality in Hamilton and the surrounding areas. It includes The Hub Small Business Incubator and the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce under its fiscal umbrella and supports housing, parks, trails, street design, community centers, and small business grants.
