The Historic Downtown Vero Beach Economic Development Zone Advisory Committee shall study, prepare, and recommend to the City Council an economic development plan for the Historic Downtown Vero Beach Economic Development Zone pursuant and subject to the requirements and provisions of the Economic Development Zone Ordinance. The Committee shall study and make recommendations to the City Council from time to time on administration of and amendments to the economic development plan adopted by the City Council, changes in the boundaries of the Zone, and specific infrastructure, capital projects, and expenditures to be funded from the Historic Downtown Vero Beach Economic Development Trust Fund.
