The Economic Development Commission is established under South River Borough Ordinance. It studies growth and development in the Borough and develops and recommends plans for redevelopment of the industrial and business districts, advises on improvements, coordinates redevelopment, analyzes opportunities for business and industrial expansion, and promotes the availability of real estate for industrial and business purposes to attract industry to the borough.
