The Economic Development Alliance for Jefferson County, Arkansas is an organization dedicated to the growth and economic development of Jefferson County. It was created in 1994 as a not-for-profit and opened its doors on January 1, 1995, formed to unify community and economic development efforts in Pine Bluff, White Hall, and all of Jefferson County.

GREDF is the organization behind the Cotton to Steel brand and provides cohesive economic development for Mississippi County, Arkansas. It serves as the lead organization for business recruitment and expansion, coordinates site visits and workforce development initiatives, packages incentives, and markets Mississippi County to attract investment.

It provides technical assistance to member cities and counties to obtain funding for public improvement projects, including infrastructure, and to coordinate private and public programs that promote economic development and improve community services.
