The Panhandle Area Council (PAC) is an Economic Development Organization that provides small business loans, project financing, and community development services to advance economic development opportunities across Idaho. Additionally, PAC operates an Innovation Space that provides office space and industrial bays for lease to start-ups and expanding businesses.
