The City of Buffalo’s Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) can provide financial assistance to businesses with projects ranging from façade improvement to interior repairs needed to remain in operation. Wright County Economic Development Partnership assists with business retention, expansion, and recruitment, and offers an Enterprise Loan Fund to encourage industrial and commercial development that contributes meaningfully to Wright County’s business environment and tax base.

The Wright County Economic Development Partnership is the primary point of contact for existing, start-up, and relocation businesses. It is the economic development arm of the County, a not-for-profit partnership of area businesses, communities, and the County working together to enhance the economic vitality of Wright County.

ARDC is a multi-disciplined planning and development organization serving the seven-county Arrowhead Region in northeast Minnesota. Minnesota Power has the resources, connections and experience to help companies find sites and secure capital for expansion and relocation projects in our service area. It also provides private sector leadership in economic development.

The North St. Paul Economic Development Authority (EDA) was established to precipitate future development, increase the tax base, promote employment, and enhance the overall quality of life in North St. Paul; it sets goals, meets regularly, and can provide momentum and a vision for economic development.
