The North Greenbush Industrial Development Agency (NGIDA) was established as a public benefit corporation of the State for the benefit of the Town. Its mission is to promote, develop, encourage and assist in acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, improving, maintaining, equipping and furnishing industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, commercial, research and recreation facilities within the Town of North Greenbush, advancing job opportunities, health and safety, general prosperity and economic welfare for the community.
